Teresa Granberry, Harvest Creek’s president, has always loved books. Even as a young child, daily visits to the local library after school were her top priority. She now feels fortunate to dedicate her career fully to books.
She enjoys stepping into the main character’s shoes and experiencing the stories she reads. Her annual reading list spans a wide range of subjects and genres, it’s not uncommon to find a large stack of fiction and non- fiction near her desk or on her nightstand. Having written several books herself, Teresa understands the challenges inherent in a project of this scale. As a public speaker and writing coach, she conducts workshops designed to help new authors reach their audience. Before starting her own firm, she designed book covers and edited manuscripts at a medium-sized Christian press.
Hybrid Publishing & Author Services
Teresa founded Harvest Creek in 2015 as an Author Services provider, and in 2022 expanded into hybrid publishing with full retail distribution.
She often reminds authors of a simple truth: “If you say your book is for everyone, then no one will find it.” Knowing your ideal reader from the outset, she says, is the key to positioning a book well.

Founded in 2015, our initial launch as an Author Services provider revealed a substantial need for new authors seeking to connect with their readership. After all, publishing requires more than just a good idea. Once the book is written, few authors know how to get it out into the world.

Harvest Creek believes that words make a difference. But in these days of artificial intelligence (AI) and online editing programs, words can easily lose their meaning and become robotic in nature. To maintain content and voice consistency in all manuscripts, we use human editors. The author’s unique voice is essential to the story and shouldn’t be lost in a computerized editing process.
